About Us
Our wholistic approach is rooted in knowing that everything is connected.
As above,
so below,
As within,
so without
As above so below is a principle from the hermetic Law of correspondence.
This means that your outer reality (life, circumstances, relationships, pain) directly mirrors your inner world (thoughts, beliefs, emotions, spiritual state) because,
IT IS ALL CONNECTED.
Mind, body, spirit, and environment are interconnected and influence each other.
- Physical health affects mental and emotional states.
- Spiritual beliefs and practices can influence mental and physical well-being.
- Enviormental factors can impact physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Emotional stress can manifest as physical symptoms
At the Energy Center, we utilize the hermetic principles along with the chakra system to help individuals understand how the different aspects of our being, from the physical (root chakra) to the spiritual (crown chakra) are intertwined and all work together.
By working with the chakras, particularly the heart chakra, we can transition to higher states of consciousness, and live a life of purpose, meaning and wholeness.
Massage is a powerful tool for connecting with yourself on all levels, Here's How:
Physically:
1. Body awareness:
Massage helps increase body awareness by bringing attention to areas of tension and relaxation. This heightened awareness can translate to daily life, allowing you to better recognize and respond to physical needs.
2. Release of tension:
Massage releases stored tension in the muscles, promoting relaxation and reducing pain. This physical release can also lead to emotional and mental relaxation.
3. Improved circulation:
Enhanced blood flow and lymphatic circulation support the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to tissues, promoting overall physical well-being.
Emotionally:
1. Emotional release:
Massage can trigger emotional releases, allowing you to process and release stored emotions. This can lead to a sense of calm and reduced stress.
2. Increased self-awareness:
As you tune into your body, you may become more aware of emotional patterns and triggers, enabling you to better understand yourself and make positive changes.
3. Nurturing and self-care:
Massage can be a form of self-love and self-care, promoting feelings of self-worth and self-acceptance.
Spiritually:
1. Mind-body connection:
Massage can help bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual selves, promoting a sense of unity and wholeness.
2. Energy work:
Massage helps balance the body’s energy, which can lead to spiritual growth and a deeper sense of connection.
3. Presence and mindfulness:
The sensory experience of massage encourages you to be present in the moment, quieting the mind and allowing for a deeper connection to your inner self.
Overall, massage offers a wholistic approach to wellness that nurtures your whole being.
Meet The Founder
I’m Kamesha, a multidimensional woman, sharing my gifts as wholistic Massage and bodywork therapist. Im based in Stafford, Virginia, and I travel throughout the state to provide my services. My passion for wholistic healing is rooted in a lineage of healers who’ve paved the way for me. Growing up, I was inspired by the selfless love, empathy, and resilience of the “strong black women” around me.
As I became a young woman, I began to notice that in their devotion to nurturing others, they often neglected their own health, well-being and better judgment. Over time, as a young woman I noticed that I developed similar thought patterns and behavioral traits, causing me to make decisions that compromised my health and self esteem. This observation sparked a deep desire within myself to prioritize my own wellness so that I could break the unhealthy cycles of neglect and trauma for myself and my bloodline.
In 2021 I became a certified Reiki practitioner through the Rasehki arts temple in Egypt. In 2022 I became a Thai yoga massage practitioner, and in 2023 I became a Licensed massage therapist through The American Massage and Bodywork Institute. In 2025 I began studying craniosacral therapy and acupressure. I’ve learned the most through the school of life and continue to learn. My massage technique is made up of pieces from each modality.
Through my work, I aim to inspire people especially young girls and women to love themselves fully, and to get in-tune with the signals, and rhythms of their mind, body, spirit, and the earth so they can better recognize and respond to their own needs. My approach is guided by my intuition, lots of study, and a deep respect for the unique experiences and needs of each individual I work with. I AM truly grateful and honored to do this work !
“The best way to help anyone is to help yourself” – Kamesha Curry
